National Food Case Study

National Foods required a system where they could transform internal training material into an online e-training system in order to streamline the compliance training required for their manufacturing plants in Victoria. This included new contractor training, on site access training and driver training.

The system needed to incorporate a training register too so that the face to face training was also stored in Proficiency Now thus ensuring that all compliance exercises and records were held in the one place.

Once an inductee successfully completes the training and induction modules, their records and test scores are stored within the system. The security staff can then search the system for the relevant contractor and print their badge using the Sato badge-printer supplied with Proficiency Now!
